Rules & Policy

Security deposit

When renting a jetski from our store, a deposit of $1500 is required. The deposit can be made in cash or through Interac e-Transfer. The deposit will be returned to you upon the completion of the rental activity, provided that no damages have occurred.

Driver license

For all watercraft rentals, a valid driver's license is mandatory. If you possess a boating permit, you are required to present it at the time of rental. If you do not possess a boating permit, don't worry! We can provide you with a temporary permit for the duration of your rental.

Late arrivals

When renting our watercrafts, it is important to adhere to the agreed-upon return time. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, but it is essential to communicate any delays or changes in schedule to our staff as soon as possible.

In the event of a late return, a fee of $30 per 15-minute increment will be charged. This fee will be deducted directly from the security deposit provided at the time of rental. We enforce this policy to ensure fairness to all of our customers and to maintain the availability of our watercrafts for other renters.

Refund & cancelation

48 Hours Before the Booking: If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund. We understand that circumstances can arise, and we want to make sure you have the opportunity to receive your money back.

24 Hours Before the Booking: If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will receive a refund of half the amount paid. We recognize that last-minute changes can occur, and we want to provide some compensation for the inconvenience.

Less Than 24 Hours Before the Booking: Unfortunately, if you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, we are unable to provide a refund. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to our other customers and to cover any costs associated with preparing the watercraft for your reservation.
